Kaustubh Dighe graduated with a Bachelor of Law and Arts Degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2020. He was later called to the bar of India in 2021. Having recently relocated to Ontario, Canada, Kaustubh is in the process of obtaining his Canadian credentials. While practicing in India, Kaustubh represented clients mainly in criminal and family matters. Through his experience in criminal litigation, Kaustubh gained thorough understanding trial processes from case management to developing defense strategies and representing clients in trial. He also has a keen interest in family law and has represented clients in divorce proceedings, child custody disputes and has guided them through mediation with a view of achieving favorable outcomes. While working with the Gavel Law Group, Kaustubh assists lawyers on case management. He administratively assists lawyers in managing files to ensure smooth and effective case flow, contributing to the positive outcomes of our clients.
